I had a seamless experience at Scott Honda when I brought my car in for service. They initially told me it would take 1.5-2 hours and it was complete in less than an hour which was a welcome surprise. The WiFi in the lounge works well and there is free coffee and ample seating to work while you wait. I will definitely be going back for service again.

On 4/30/25, I had service completed for my vehicle. Honda Representative Vaughn Reese is great representative for Honda. He communicates effectively and is consistent with courtesy and professionalism. I'm always pleased with the service and the hard work performed by Honda technicians.! On 9/30/24, I got my vehicle serviced. Honda Service Representative Vaughn Reese was a great. As always, Vaughn is professional, respectful and communicated well. I had a great experience with Scott Collision. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. They even assisted me in getting to Enterprise to pick up my rental car, which made things much easier for me. I am so appreciative of Scott Honda. They saved my daughter’s birthday weekend at the beach. On Wednesday my car just stopped working WHILE I WAS DRIVING IT!
